Wall vase posy of embroidery flowers
Wall vase posy of embroidery flowers
Wall vase posy of embroidery flowers.
I’ve been wanting to make these for years!
As soon as I saw these patisserie tins I knew they would make fabulous flower holders. Originally I thought it might be as a grooms’ buttonholes, but I never found quite the right fit for the concept. When I saw the embroidered flowers and stems on this tablecloth I knew I’d found a match and the idea for these wall vases was formed.
Made from a vintage tablecloth, an antique lace tray cloth, old cream horn tins, reclaimed wire, glass beads from a broken necklace and tufted vintage embroidery threads.
Each stem is wired on the back to provide strength and enable positioning as you require.
Comes in a reusable gift box. Please add a message at checkout if you would like me to add a handwritten note.
